Gift Certificates
All certificates come in the form of an "e-Certificate" and are sent in an email to be printed at home. Physical certificates and/or cards are not mailed.
Can be emailed to yourself or the recipient of the gift.
NOTE: When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient's email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.
May be used for purchases at the West Chester Railroad website and in person at our ticket window only.
Have no expiration date
Are not redeemable for cash or credit
Can not be replaced if lost or stolen
Can not be returned, refunded or exchanged
Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Certificate will require an additional payment for the balance due.
