This specially curated train ride will showcase the fascinating history of our historic rail line (dating to 1858), brought to life through engaging, live narration. Hear captivating stories and little known facts about the railroad and surrounding area from local expert and historian Dave Walter of the West Chester Railroad Heritage Association.

Throughout the journey, the train will make several short stops where you’ll step off and learn about the historical significance of key locations along our scenic route. We’ll make designated photo stops to give you the perfect chance to disembark, stretch your legs, and snap some memorable pictures of both the train and the beautiful Chester Creek Valley.

Enjoy a 25 minute layover at the charming Glen Mills station, with time to explore, relax, and chat with our knowledgeable crew before the return trip to West Chester.
